Cole Slaw
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1-1/2 pounds green cabbage
1-1/2 oz. red cabbage
1 large carrot
Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Chop cabbages and shred carrot. Note that the mix is mostly green cabbage. Add dressing and stir. This cole slaw does not last well and should be served within an hour or two after the dressing is mixed with the greens.
